"Warranty process was easy, but I’m not totally sold on the quality"
I had an issue with my jacket and their warranty team took care of it quickly, with no real hassle. That part was definitely smooth. I do have some doubts about the overall quality since I needed a warranty fix in the first place, but at least the support was easy to deal with.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went in, and I was kind of confused at first because they had way more stuff than I thought they would. There were tons of outdoor brands and a good range of sizes, so after wandering around for a minute I actually found what I needed quickly. Overall, really nice selection

"Good spot for different brands"
I like shopping here because they have a bunch of brands I already know, and a few new ones I hadn’t really checked out before. It’s nice being able to compare jackets, shoes, and other outdoor gear without bouncing around to a bunch of differnt sites. I found what I needed quick. Overall, solid store if you want good brand variety

I had a question about my order and they got back to me really quickly. The reply felt like it came from an actual person, not some copy-paste script, which I really appreciated. They helped me sort out a sizing issue before it shipped, it just felt like they cared about doing the right thing for the customer

I ordered a jacket from Mountain High Outfitters, and it was pretty much as described on the site. The size, color, and material all matched the product page, so there weren’t really any surprises when it showed up.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the fit was snug compared to what I expected from the description. Still, it’s a nice jacket overall, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Sizing was spot on for me"
I got a jacket and some hiking pants from Mountain High Outfitters, and the sizing was pretty much right like the chart said. I’m usually a medium, and both of them fit good, not too tight or super long or anything weird.
Shipping was fine too, no big issue there. Mostly I was just happy I didn’t have to deal with a return, cause that’s always annoying. I’d probably just order my regular size again.

"Found the jacket I’d been searching for"
I’d been trying to find this jacket in my size and color, but it was sold out on a couple other sites. Mountain High Outfitters actually had it in stock, and checkout was simple. My order went through without any issues, which was a relief. I’m glad I didn’t have to keep searching forever. The only thing is I haven’t worn it enough yet to say how well the quality will hold up, but so far it seems okay.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, but the site wasn’t exactly easy to use. A few pages loaded slowly, and I felt kind of pressured trying to narrow down sizes because the filters weren’t very helpful.
